At SATEC-Hub, we process the information provided by interested parties in order to manage their inquiries, send the information they request, offer them products and services of interest by any means (mail, email, or phone), as well as events that we organize.
To provide you with products and services according to your interests and improve your user experience, in some cases we will create a “commercial profile” based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or until the interested party requests its deletion. In addition, the data will be deleted after a period of 10 years from the last confirmation of interest.

SATEC-Hub contracts its virtual infrastructure under a “cloud computing” model through the Group company Servicios de Hosting en Internet, S.A. (Interhost) and under the Service Level, Confidentiality, and Data Processing Agreements signed with them.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation about whether SATEC is processing personal data concerning them. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Data provided will be kept unless you request cessation of activity.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of data processing, in which case we will only retain data for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to data processing.
